ThruLOK is the only non pre-drilling carriage and through-bolt replacement system on the market. It features a paddle point that cuts the wood as it goes in eliminating pre-drilling and splitting. The ThruLOK nut is specially designed to eliminate a wrench or ratchet, just hand tighten.
The fastener comes in 4 different lengths, 6 1/4”,7”,8” and 9 1/2” allowing it to be secured anywhere between 4 1/2”–8 1/2” of material. ThruLOK is tested and supported by engineering data that conforms to the most current ICC standards. It is also approved for use in ACQ or treated lumber.
